Hi everybody. Today I made a tutorial on how to make your Own Internet Radio Station on Windows OS.

I’ve choose ShoutCast and Winamp.
1) First, you need Winamp. Click here to download it, in case you don’t have it.

2) Then you will need Shoutcast D.N.A.S. You can download it from here.

3) We also need Shoutcast DSP plug-in for winamp. Download it from here.

4) Install Winamp, then Shoutcast D.N.A.S, and after that Shoutcast DSP Plug-in for Winamp.

5) Go to C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast. Find sc_serv.ini and open it with Notepad.

6) Find “Password=changeme” change “changeme” with the passowrd you like. I’ll choose “sitefrost”.

7) Then find “PortBase=8000″ . Chnage 8000 with the port you like. i choose 3344.

8 ) Then open sc_serv.exe located in C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast\

9) Enter Winamp and press Ctrl + P. in the left find DSP/Effect. Click on it.Then at the right double click on “Nullsoft SHOUTcast Source DSP v1.9.0″.

10) A window will appear. Click on Encoder Tab. At the Encoder Type Field choose “MP3 Encoder”, and at encoder Settings choose 96kbps, 44.100kHz, Stereo.

11)Now go to Output. Find Output configuration group. At the Adress put your ip address, at port put the same port that you choosed in sc_serv.ini(in my case 3344). At password put the password that you choosed in sc_serv.ini(in my case sitefrost).

12 )Then click on Yellowpages button. At the Description Field put your Station Name (in my case Sitefrost Radio Station), at URL your website address,(in my case http://www.siteforst.com), at genre, the music genre that your station will have.

13) Now click on connect button. Then put some music in winamp. Your station is up. the listen address is: http://yourip:yourport/listen.pls . In my case http://89.37.xx.xxx:3344/listen.pls.
